    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

HOUSE CONSUMER & PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 49

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike "that is found to be in possession of" and insert lieu thereof "who receives, transports or possesses".

 

     2. On page 2, line 13, after "firearm", insert "or destructive device, for the first and subsequent offenses, is guilty of a second degree felony".

 

     3. On page 2, lines 16 through 22, strike the underscored language.
